The Solution Oriented Schools Programme (SOS) is a strengths-based school improvement programme which builds on school capacity, distributed leadership and inclusive practice.

The SOS Programme is recommended and used by the governments of Scotland, Eire and Jersey States and in many Local Authorities and schools across England and Wales.  It delivers school improvement that reflects contemporary Education and Children's Services agendas, and is acknowledged as good practice by the inspectorate services including, Estyn in Wales, HMIe in Scotland and Ofsted in England.
