The starting point is Vision, Mission and Core Values.  We make sure you get these right before showing you precisley how to translate them into strategy. 

A presentation to staff will get them on board wanting excellent learning and imporvement as core business.  Then, we train a smaller group as Sycol Leads to  Build , Embed and Sustain continuous improvement over the duration of the 3 year programme.  

We see accountability, governance, due diligence and rigour as fundamental qualities within all great organisiations. This programme provides a clear framework for buliding a world-class learning organisation.
