Our Leadership Programme is a 2-3 day training for services and departments in LAs. The Sycol Model provides services with the necessary architectural framework and operational content for systems leadership and management to create and deliver an outcome driven, self-improving service system.
Case Study: Suffolk Children and Young People's Service
Suffolk Children and Young People's Service (CYPS) commissioned Sycol to develop and deliver a New Operating Model across all departments, services and teams to deliver their vision for Integrated Services.
The Sycol Model incorporated Solution Oriented, Systemic and Lean thinking and practices designed to ensure Leadership and Management (Social Care, Education and Health) deliver best outcomes in a rigorous, consistent and standardised way.
The work involved consultation regarding requirement, design and implementation via a series of leadership training events and ongoing Quality Assurance.
