Sycol Wellbeing Programme (W Programme):

The Sycol Wellbeing Programme is applicable to any service, team, department, buisness or school. The programme supports workforce Wellbeing using three strands, Safeguard Wellbeing; Strengthen Wellbeing and Save Wellbeing.  The W Programme is used across whole councils and authorities, bringing quality and consistency to an important aspect of employer duty.

Solution Oriented Schools Programme (SOS):

A whole school improvement programme that supports staff and pupils in achieving a Solution Oriented ethos and optimal standards across the entire community. MaxSolutions Programme:

A contemporary, peer support programme for school aged children and students teaching Solution Oriented principles & techniques so that pupils can help each other constructively in facing up to the challenges of school life.  Designed to dovetail with the SOS Programme, pupils proudly graduate from the programme as MaxAgents.  

S-Works Programme:

The S-Works Programme provides a proven framework for creating and developing a Solution Oriented Service, Team or organisation however large or small.  Focusing on applying Solution Oriented thinking, language and methods at every level from management through to service delivery staff and the interface with client and public, the programme delivers systemic change.

BriefCoaching:

Training that develops participant skill and confidence in using the Brief Coaching model developed by Sycol, for a range of applications including Teacher, Health Professional, Life and Corporate Coaching.  Relevant for public and private sector (www.briefcoaching.com)

The 3 Session Change Programme (3SCP):

A training that concentrates on developing Solution Oriented skills within three, important areas of work. Relevant for in-house and individual applications.  

Solution Oriented Brief Therapy:

A training that can be introductory, intermediate or advanced. It is also designed to be a natural extension to any existing Solution Focused knowledge and skills, providing firm grounding in the principles and techniques of individual, group and reflective team work.
