The SWorks Programme is a strengths-based service and organisation improvement programme that provides the architecture for increased organisational capacity by achieving refined delivery systems and distributed leadership.

This programme will provide your organisation with people managers who are able to use coaching as a tool to move their staff to take more responsibility, increase their levels of motivation, reduce their need to be constantly supervised and life their levels of performance.

This programme explores how to:

• Gain a thorough working knowledge of the successful organisation framework
• Develop a strategy for performance improvement
• Explore the key motivational drivers and learn how they can be used to increase performance
• Discover the guidelines for the creation and delivery of constructive feedback
• Gain a clear understanding of each person's role in improvement
• Learn to recognise limiting visions, principles, systems and beliefs, understanding their significance on performance
• Develop a strategy for agreeing and setting appropriate objectives and targets.
