Sectors > Training Programmes > MAXSolutions

The MAXSolutions Programme is a peer support programme for pupils and students, based on the same principles as the SOS. School staff are trained as trainers who then train pupils and students as MAXAgents enabling them to support themselves and others across the age range. This strengths-based programme is fun and an effective framework that provides a structured Wellbeing programme for school-aged youngsters. The programme also acts to facilitate the smooth transition of pupils between the primary and secondary sectors.

MAXSolutions in a nutshell:

MAXSolutions - The only constant thing, is change!
MAXSolutions - The waves of change never stop, but we can learn to surf them.

The MAXSolutions programme will allow delegates to understand the empowering reasons to help pupils embrace change. Change happens, constantly. It is usually the uncertainty of change that makes us unhappy or nervous. This programme explores the benefits of being a positive agent for, and not a victim of, change. This programme explores how to:

  • Help develop pupils' clear picture of self worth as an agent of positive change
  • Understand pupils' fear associated with change and why it happens
  • Guide pupils in controlling their emotional state during periods of change

Help pupils become a positive agent for change
