Sycol's Leader Programme is designed to enhance the skills of leaders and those wishing to become leaders.

The Sycol Leader Programme is shown to successfully prepare the leader to confidently lead an his or her organisation/company in sustainable improvement and innovation.

The Sycol Leader Programme (SLP) states that:

A strengths-based programme providing a framework and a Wellbeing structure for school-aged youngsters.

An organisation improvement programme providing an architecture for greater organisational capacity.

Facilitators are equipped to implement the Wellbeing programme within their team or organisation - building capacity.
