Equality & Diversity Policy
Sycol Ltd recognises the positive benefits of the implementation of an Equality and Diversity Policy. The aim of the policy is to ensure that all employees, potential employees, volunteers and visitors are treated in a fair and equitable manner regardless of their age, disability, marital status, family responsibility, race, colour, ethnic background, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
Sycol Ltd extends this positive attitude in respect of equality and diversity to our contractors, service users and the community.
