Sycol is the only organisation that provides Solution Oriented training, coaching and development to the public and private sectors.

Established in 1999, Sycol works with a number of governments to design and deliver improvement and innovation programmes within public services. Sycol partners individual Education and Children and Young People's Services (CYPS) in meeting contemporary agendas for excellence and change.

Sycol methods are described as pragmatic and powerful - moving well beyond the traditional, Solution Focused model. The focus is always on achieving excellence in worker and organisational standards by developing clear systems that are outcome-oriented.
