Mae’r rhaglen hyfforddi yma ar gyfer arweinwyr a rheolwyr ysgolion, adrannau, timau a gwasanaethau sydd am ehangu ar ei sgiliau ymhellach. Mae’r rhaglen yn dweud fod;
