Mae sycol wedi hyffrddi miloedd staff iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol y nein rhaglen Newid Mewn 3 Sesiwn.

Cafodd y rhaglen Newid Mewn 3 Sesiwn ei datblygu gan Sycol yn 2001 yn dilyn blynyddoedd o ymchwil ac ymarfer o fewn y maes therapy byr.  Mae’r rhaglen yn syml, hyblyg ac effeithiol ac yn defnyddio prif nodweddion nifer o dulliau therapiwtig sy’n debyg i’w gilydd.  Mae’n hawdd i ddysgu ac fe medrir ei ddefnyddio mewn ystod eang o gyd-destynnau.  Sail y rhaglen yw cynnig 3 sesiwn oddeutu 30 munud i’r cleiant dros gyfnod o 3 wythnos.

Mae’r hyfforddiant yma yn hynod o berthansol i weithwyr sydd ag ychydig amser, sydd ag achosion cymhleth ac felly angen dull effeithiol ac efffeithlon o weithredu.
