Mae Rhaglen Arwain Sycol yn paratoi arweinwyr presennol yn ogystal a rheini sydd am arwain, i fod yn hyderus mewn defnyddio’r sgiliau angenrheidiol i wella unrhyw sefydlaid/cwmni.

Mae ein rhaglen hyfforddi yn dweud fod:
