The Build Phase
The Build part of the programme makes sure your school has a strong platform for growth. Focus Points develop distributied leadership so that Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) involve all staff. The training we provide is first class and the resources, comprehensive.
Focus Points
A series of practical Focus Points show you and your staff what to do and how to do it in order to produce best outcomes.
You'll be able to track your progress easily online and if you're working as part of a network of schools you'll also be able to track and support all schools within your group.
